Bino (“the Platform”) is a search and discovery service operated by Bohni Tech Private Limited (“Company”), 615/2 24th cross 1st Maruthi Nagar Yelahanka Bangalore 560064, enabling users to discover products/services from partner businesses. The Platform does not create, own, control, manage, offer, deliver, or fulfill any products/services listed by partner businesses.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You acknowledge all transactions are between you and the partner business
  • You must verify product/service details, pricing, and terms directly with the partner business
  • All purchase decisions are your sole responsibility

3. Partner Services

Partner businesses are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of listings/pricing
  • Order fulfillment & shipping
  • Returns/refunds/exchanges
  • Product quality/safety
  • Compliance with all applicable laws

4. Transaction Facilitation

  • The Platform may receive commissions from partners for referrals
  • We do not guarantee prices, availability, or quality of partner offerings
  • Any disputes must be resolved directly with the partner business

5. Disclaimers

  • The Platform serves only as an information intermediary
  • We do not endorse any partner business or their offerings
  • Listings/appearances in search results do not constitute recommendations

6. Limitation of Liability

Bohni Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages/losses arising from use of partner services
  • Errors/omissions in partner listings
  • Delivery issues, defective products, or service deficiencies
  • Unauthorized transactions or fraud by partners
  • Any third party actions/omissions

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bohni Tech Private Limited from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of partner services
  • Partner business conduct
  • Your breach of these terms

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the partner business’s specific policy.
  • Bohni Tech Private Limited does not control or dictate these policies.
  • Before making a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the partner business’s refund and cancellation terms.
  • Bohni Tech Private Limited is not liable for any disputes arising out of refunds or cancellations handled by the partner business.
