Build distribution, then make it repeatable.
Bino helps brands choose markets, find the right distributors and outlets, activate the route, and learn from actual trade. Boni Trade OS runs the repeat-order and channel workflow; Bow Chat keeps partner and outlet conversations accountable.
A useful market cell
1 market
A defined city, region, country, or channel
1 category
A focused catalogue and buyer profile
Named partners
A real distributor and outlet route
Trade outcomes
First orders, repeats, fill, stock, claims, collections
The operating loop
From a market signal to a productive outlet and repeat order.
Choose the market
Use aggregated category, search, supply, and location context to identify where demand appears, where availability is thin, and which market cell deserves a test.
Map the channel
Define the distributors, wholesalers, retailers, dealers, workshops, clinics, HORECA buyers, or specialist outlets that actually move the category.
Qualify and activate partners
Source potential partners, verify fit, preserve brand approval for appointment, and move selected partners through onboarding and catalogue readiness.
Activate productive outlets
Turn a distributor agreement into outlet education, availability, first orders, replenishment, scheme communication, and visible follow-up.
Run repeat trade
Connect catalogue, pricing, serviceability, orders, fill, stock, schemes, claims, returns, delivery, and collections in Boni Trade OS.
Learn from outcomes
Measure productive outlets, paid first and repeat orders, fill, stock issues, objections, claims, and collections instead of counting appointments alone.
Useful across very different channel shapes.
The category changes. The core job remains the same: identify the route, activate the right partners, make ordering and follow-up easy, and learn from paid trade.

Clear boundaries before a pilot begins.
Does Bino sell customer data to brands?
No. Brand distribution uses aggregated, privacy-safe demand and supply context, authorised partner information, and the operating data created by the brand program. Raw private conversations and personal customer data are not sold.
Is Bino a distributor that buys and holds stock?
Not by default. Bino and Boni help design, source, activate, and operate a distribution route. The brand and its authorised channel partners retain commercial appointment, inventory, credit, returns, collections, and legal responsibility unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Do we need to replace our distributors or ERP?
No. The model is distributor-preserving. A pilot can begin with market mapping and outlet activation, then connect selected workflows to Trade OS, Bow Chat, or existing systems where the integration creates clear value.
How should a first pilot be measured?
Use a bounded market and measure qualified partners, productive outlets, paid first orders, paid repeat orders, fill, stock availability, scheme use, claims, returns, and collections. Paper appointments and unqualified lead counts are not enough.
