SPECIAL MORKUZHAMBU RECIPE
1. Cut White Pumpkin to medium size pieces
2. Cook White Pumpkin with required salt until softened and keep aside
3. Take 11/2 cups of sour curd
4. Add 4 to 5 spoons of Spl Dhanwantri's Morkuzhambu mix and thoroughly blend together with some water
5. Cook the above mix with cooked White Pumpkin in a deep pan on low - medium flame
6. Switch off once Morkuzhambu starts to boil
7. For tempering, heat 2-3 spoons of coconut oil, add some mustard to crackle
8. Add this tempering to Morkuzhambu and serve hot with steamed rice
