Return and cancellation policy

Each Bino product page shows the terms that apply to that exact offer before checkout. Those terms remain visible in the order record.

Non-returnable offers

An offer marked non-returnable cannot be returned for a change of mind. Check the product page and checkout terms before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

If a product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect, contact Bino promptly with the order code and supporting photographs. Bino will investigate with the seller and provide the remedy required by the product terms and Indian law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellations and refunds

A non-cancellable offer cannot be cancelled after order confirmation unless required by law or accepted by the seller. If Bino receives money but the order cannot be confirmed, the payment is reconciled and refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing time may apply.
