Tandlachi Kurdai is a traditional Maharashtrian snack made from rice flour dough, piped into small spirals or sticks, then sun-dried till rock hard. Zero oil while storing. Fry or microwave for 5 seconds and it puffs up into a light, crispy, melt-in-mouth kurdai. Perfect with dal-rice or as a tea-time snack.
