Pepper Kuzhambu Powder 100 Gms

Ingredients

Red Chillies, Coriander, Gram Dhal, Thoor Dhal, Pepper, Turmeric, Tamarind, Asafoetida, Salt

MILAGU KUZHAMBU PODI MIX RECIPE

1. Take 2-3 teaspoon of Dhanwantri's Spl Spicy Milagu Kuzhambu Podi Mix in a container and slowly add water and stir simultaneously to make like idly/dosa batter consistency. Keep aside.

• 2. Heat the pan and add 3-4 teaspoon gingelly oil
• 3. When oil is hot, keep to low flame
• 4. Gradually and slowly add the mix paste to the pan

5. Uniformly saute/stir for 2-3 mins in low flame. Add some more gingelly oil if required. Note: DO NOT Overheat.

6. Add cooked rice (about 600 gms) to this mix, gradually and uniformly stir well.
