How to Prepare in Kadai ?

Take 3 portions of water to 1 portion of Balali's Vishalam Rava Kesari Mix.  If you prefer the kesari to be a bit loose, then use 4:1 water

Bring the water to a boil

If you prefer, you can add orange food color.

Add desired quantity of Balali's Vishalam Rava Kesari Mix and allow it to get cooked till 75%.  Keep stirring to avoid lumps.

Add 2 spoons of Cow Ghee, and cook for a minute more

Put off the stove.

Cover lid and allow the Kesari to settle for 5 minutes and serve hot.

How to Prepare in Microwave ?

Take 2 portions of water to 1 portion of Balali's Vishalam Rava Kesari Mix.  If you prefer the kesari to be a bit loose, then use 2.5:1 water

Boil water in a stove.  If you prefer, you can add orange food color.

• In a microwaveable bowl, pour hot water and add desired quantity of Balali's Vishalam Rava Kesari Mix, stir well
• Cook for 2 minutes and take it out for stirring and cook again for 2 more minutes
• Add 2 spoons of Cow Ghee, and cook for a minute more

Take out from Microwave and check if fully cooked.  If not, cook for a minute more.

Once done, cover lid and allow the Kesari settle for 5 minutes and serve hot.
