Instant Kuruma Powder 100 Gms

Ingredients

• Red Chillies, Roasted Gram, Cashew, Cumin, Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel Seeds, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Coconut, Salt
• SPECIAL INSTANT KURUMA RECIPE

1. Heat a kadai add 3 spoons of oil, add some mustard to splutter.

2. Add some small or chopped big onions and saute for till golden brown

3. Add boiled vegetables Potato, Carrot, Beans, Green Peas.

4. Take 250 ml of water in a container and add 3 spoons or required amount of Dhanwantri's Special Instant Kuruma Powder, mix

without lumps and add this to boiled vegetables.

5. Boil it till raw smell disappear, to kuruma consistency.

6. Add some salt if required

7. Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves.

8. Serve hot with Idly, Dosa, Idiyappam as side dish to enjoy heavenly taste.
