Udid Mung Papad handmade by Saraswati Mahila Swayamsahayata Samuh at Majale, Tal. Hatkanangale, Dist. Kolhapur, under MSRLM. Prepared from udid dal (black gram), mung dal, salt and traditional spices; shaped by hand and dried in the traditional way. No artificial colour, no preservative. Roast over a flame or fry in hot oil and serve with a meal or thali. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight; keep the packet sealed after opening. Net weight 1000 g.
