Sooji, Rice Flour, Cashew, Cumin, Bengal Gram, Green Chilly, Salt, Cooking Oil

Tomato Onion Chutney Ingredients

Red Chillies, Urad Dhal, Gram Dhal, Asafoetida,Tomato, Onion, Turmeric Powder, Salt.

• Special Rava Idly Mix Recipe
• 1. Mix 1 measure of instant rava idly mix with 1/2 measure of sour curd. Set aside for 1 hour

2. Add 3/4 to 1 measure of sour curd and mix well to form batter. Set aside for 30 min.

3. Add baking soda if required.

4. Add Salt if required.

5. Steam the batter in an idly cooker or idly vessel for 10-12 min.

• 1. Take 3 to 4 spoons or required amount of Dhanwantri's Special Instant Tomato Onion Chutney Powder

2. Add required amount of warm / medium hot water.

3. Mix thoroughly without lumps to make chutney consistency.

4. Garnish with freshly chopped green coriander leaves and curry leaves.

5. Serve with hot Idly, Dosa, Upma, Chappathi as side dish to enjoy heavenly taste.
