- Sooji, Rice Flour, Cashew, Cumin,
- Bengal Gram, Green Chilly, Salt, Cooking Oil
- Special Rava Idly Mix Recipe
- 1. Mix 1 measure of instant rava idly mix with 1/2
- measure of sour curd. Set aside for 1 hour
2. Add 3/4 to 1 measure of sour curd and mix well to form batter.
Set aside for 30 min.
3. Add baking soda if required.
4. Add Salt if required.
5. Steam the batter in an idly cooker or idly vessel for 10-12 min.
6. Serve Hot
