Ingredients
- Rice flour, Toor Dal, Gram Dal, Urad Dal, Moong Dal,
- Red chilly, Rock salt, Asafoetida, Curry leaves
- Special Adai Mix Recipe
1. Take 1 measure of Adai Mix and add 1 measure of water.
2. Mix well to form thick batter.
3. Set aside for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
4. Add finely chopped onions and curry leaves as your choice.
5. Add some salt if required and mix well.
6. Spread sufficient batter on hot pan or tava.
7. Add 1-2 tsp oil to the sides
8. Roast till golden brown and serve hot.
