Description

Panakam is a traditional South Indian Natural Energy drink, typically prepared during the occasion of Sri Rama Navami in the month of April, when the summer starts to peak.

This natural energy drink acts like a coolant and helps maintain lost appetite and replenishes lost nutrition due to loss of body fluids, making it an ideal traditional drink.

How to Use

Add 1 portion of this mix to 3 portions of cool water and allow to set for 15 minutes.  Use a strainer to filter the Panakam, if required, and serve cool.

During summer, Panakam can be prepared and stored in an earthen pot, or in a cool flask and taken to work or school and consumed when one feels tired, for instant energy and refresh feeling.
