Instant Gothsu Powder 100 Gms

Ingredients

Red Chillies, Coriander, Moong Dhal, Thoor Dhal,Gram Dhall, Fenugreek, Tamarind, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Salt.

SPECIAL INSTANT GOTHSU RECIPE

1. Heat a kadai add 3 spoons of oil.

2. Add some small onions and saute for 2 to 3 min.

3. Add 1 or 2 medium size small cut Brinjal and saute till is cooked.

4. Take 250 ml of water in a container and add 3 spoons or required amount of Dhanwantri's Special Gothsu Powder, mix without lumps

5. Boil it till raw smell disappear.

• 6. Add cooked onion and brinjal to it
• 7.. Add 50 ml of water if required
• 8. Add some salt if required
• 9. Temper it with 1 spoon of mustard and fresh green coriander leaves in ghee

10. Serve hot with Idly, Dosa as side dish to enjoy heavenly taste.
