Biryani masala-Gramas Special Biryani masala is a  blend of the best spices needed for your Chicken or Mutton Biryani.The Masala is created using traditional recipes and the rite ingredients.    For preparing half kg biriyani, just use 2 to 3 tbsp of Gramas Special Biriyani Masala along with other wet ingredients that you may use for the preperation, other dry spices or dry ingredients may not be reqired as the mix has all the required dry ingredients for your Biriyani, Add salt as per your taste.No artificial preservatives or color used.

Fish masala-Gramas fish masala, the magic mix for your fish marination. For half kg of fish, just add 2 to 3 tbsp of gramas fish masala along with the wet ingredients (ginger garlic paste, lime and salt) add extra chilli & salt if required as per your taste, marinate the fish for about 45 minutes to 1 hour and fry.The masala has all the required dry spices & ingredients in it, Other dry  ingredients may not be required. This mix can be used for all kinds of fish marination and fish curry.No artificial preservatives or color used.

Kebab masala-Gramas kebab masala, the magic mix for kebab marination. For half kg of Chicken, just add 2 to 3 tbsp of gramas kebeb masala along with the wet ingredients (ginger garlic paste & limon juice) add salt and chilli as per your taste, marinate the meat for 45 minutes to 1 hour and deep fry. The masala has all the required dry spices & ingredients in it,other dry ingredients may not be required,Gramas kebab masala can be used for all kinds of meat, for kebab marination.
