Ingredients
Raw Rice, Moong Dhal, Pepper, Cumin, Ginger,
Cashew, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Salt.
- Special Pongal Mix Recipe
- 1. Take 1 cup of Dhanwantri’s Special Pongal Mix and
- 4 cups of warm water
- 2. Add 2 Tea spoons Ghee and Pressure Cook for 6-7 whistles and
keep it aside for 10 mins.
3. Melt required ghee and add curry leaves to the hot ghee.
4. Open the pressure cooker once steam is out and add the
melted ghee with curry leaves.
5. Add salt if required and mix thoroughly.
6. Serve hot with coconut chutney and Dhanwantri’s Tiffin Sambar
