- Special Pesarattu Mix recipe
- 1. Take 2 Cups of Dhanwantri's Shree Foods Pesarattu Ready Mix
- 2. Add 3 Cups of water and gradually mix without lumps
3. Keep aside for 10 to 15 mins.
4. Add fresh choped onion to the batter
5. Add some salt if required and mix well.
6. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on high or medium flame.
7. Add 1 tsp oil to the sides to roast till golden brown and serve hot
8. Enjoy Delicious lip smacking Pesarattu with ginger chutney.
