Trivikrama Rasa, a herbomineral formulation used in Ashmari,  Hajrul Yahood Bhasma is useful in treating ashmari, difficulty in urination and other urinary tract disorders. The traditional system of medicine recommends Varuna in curing urinary disorders like ashmari in the kidney and bladder.

This powerful plant is credited to possess urinary, antiseptic and litholytic qualities. Pashanbhed is useful in  Mutrashmari develop due to an imbalance in the Vata and Kapha doshas.

This imbalance creates an obstruction in the urinary channel. Pashanbhed works by pacifying these aggravated doshas, purifying the Mutravaha srotas (urinary pathways), and facilitating a smooth downward expulsion of toxic crystallization.

Gokhru  is a powerful traditional Ayurvedic herb widely used to help break down, dissolve, and flush out Mutrashmari naturally. It works primarily through its potent natural diuretic (Mutral) and lithotriptic (stone-dissolving) properties, which increase urine volume to flush out excess mineral deposits like calcium oxalate before they crystallize into stones.
