About this product
Just Organik s Little Millet, coming from our Organic Himalayan farms, is a Gluten Free grain having a low glycemic index. It contains phosphorus which is great for weight loss, tissue repair and energy production after strenuous workout. Due to high water-soluble fibre content, they Little millets thus, make a perfect addition to the diet of people who do yoga, workouts, cardio, etc ittle millet can be used to replace Rice. It should be soaked in water in 1:2 ratio for about half an hour in an open vessel. Thereafter, cook it in a medium flame with the lid covered. Reduce the flame after one boil. After 10 minutes, take it off the flame and firmly close the lid and let it cook in the steam. Stirring when still wet tends to make it mushy, hence, it is advised to let it settle before consuming it with curry, rasam etc.
