Mix 6 Tablespoon Sambar Premix (50g) with 4 cup hot water in a bowl.Heat oil in a pan/cooker. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds, Asafoetida, and your choice of vegetables (onion, drumstick, tomato, brinjal). Cook for 6-8 minutes.Then put the Sambar Premix and Hot Water mixture in it. Cook up to 5 to 6 min & serve.
