Why does a place I know show no dates?

A venue appears as bookable only while it has future dates open. When its window closes the page stops offering tickets rather than selling a date that cannot be honoured.

What arrives after payment?

A QR gate pass on your phone, plus a copy in your Bino order history. Carry the same ID you entered while booking.
