Before you book
- What is the difference between the two options?
- Around the city buys a ticket between two stops — there is no seat to choose. Between cities books you a specific seat on a specific service.
- Why can’t I book between cities right now?
- Our intercity bus partners are not responding at the moment, so we would rather say so than take you through a search that cannot return anything. City tickets are unaffected.
- Why does a route sometimes come back empty?
- An operator has to be listing your route with us for anything to show. An empty result means none is today — not that the route does not exist.
